Basically, this helped us get a WipEout on PS3 much faster. The PSP track data made the most sense for several of reasons. Plus, the PS2 game's code wouldn't have been very ideal, and as for the PS1 games, unfortunately most of that code is now lost. We'd like to do more tracks as future downloads, certainly. It's not planned right now, but if we released eight more tracks in the future and packaged them all together, at that point you're looking at enough to perhaps justify a Blu-ray release. Of course we're planning things, but right now the focus is on HD. |

They're basically saying they're repackaging a PSP launch game and making it a PS3 game?
I don't think making the resolution 1080p is going to make it look or play any better.

Noob, Wipeout Pure and Pulse are bad ass games. If they were going to get an uplift, it's be the best engine to take since the PS2 and PS1 versions are outdated. If it's a winning formula, why bother making a new build? The engine itself has a lot of potential, something you don't have as a gamer. ROFL.

and as for playing better, it plays just fine. you think anything that doesnt play like Gears isn't good. You sicken me....

I don't even think they made the textures higher resolution. It looks like everything is recycled. I don't know why anyone would buy this game when I had it on my PSP since the PSP launch in march 2005.
