Could it be that Nintendo will be unveiling a new DS at E3? If Enterbrain's prez, Hirokazu Hamamura, and his prediction is to be believed, then this just might be the case.

The E3 Media Summit is set for July 15-17 this year, and that's when Hamamura thinks that the unveiling would occur, so Bloomberg reports.

Of course, Nintendo has made no comment on this rumor even when pressed by Bloomberg, although we find this particularly not too far-off. After all, the DS has proved to be a rather strong gaming platform, successfully widening its market to casual gamers.
