Even though the movie tie-in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PSP, DS, PS2, PC) hasn't yet reached its June 2009 release target, Variety is reporting that according to various sources, Activision already has someone working on another Transformers game for 2010.

That "someone" is reportedly High Moon Studios, one of the development companies acquired by Activision in the Vivendi merger. The High Moon game won't be tied to any particular movie, but it sure does follow Activision CEO Bobby Kotick's plan to churn out a Transformers game every year.

Former Vivendi studio Radical Entertainment is also rumored to be working on a new Spider-Man game for new owner Activision, although Variety doubts that this is the game slated for this Fall. Variety surmises that Radical's work on Prototype (PS3, Xbox 360, PC) led Activision to tap the developer for a go at the webslinger.
