QuakeCon 2007 to be held at Dallas, Texas on August 2-5, 2007 - Image 1

Heads up, LAN party crashers! id Software's biggest event kicks off with a registration drive starting March 2, 2007 at 9 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). So if you've got a rig and can get it to the Hilton Anatole Hotel at Dallas, Texas anywhere between August 2 and August 5, 2007, don't forget to register. Admission is free!

First, 666th and 2007th registrants will win a "fabulous" prize. Of course, the registration is only for general attendees with hardware (you know, so you can enter the joint with a PC) but to compete in the tournaments that will be held, you've got to wait for more details on that. We know you've been aching to go head-to-head with Fatal1ty (also known as Johnathan Wendel)...yes, we do.

For 2007, attendees are set to invade the first Trinity Hall, whose 70,000 square feet floor area can hold 2,700 players this time around. Expect more sponsors and promoters to "wow" you with their latest products.

So what are you waiting for? Click the "Read" link below to head right over to the main site.
