Hoping to get a little more control over the sort of SMS messages that come and go from you iPhone? We're reporting that Rikk has finished work on a new build for Pysl, the homebrew app that allows you to filter your text messages and calls.

Bug fixes aside, the latest build (0.91b1) can now be set to alert users to new SMS messages with an audio cue only, doing away with those pesky pop-up alerts. As for the rest of the bug fixes that were addressed since out last report:

• filtered SMS/call notification reminder with delay

• wrong name display under SMS/call history

• Hidden call are record in call history (and avoid app crash)
• Modifications:
• Active listname display in uppercase
