I just wish I had their opportunities. It sounds like people who can't except change. Maybe they need to get some fresh blood in there company to handle it for them.
I didn't understand the thing with US being supreme :S Anyway, I'm not from the US and I don't really play games from there but God of war games, conter strike and C&C3 (I think those are from US). I mostly play japanese games(square-enix, capcom, etc etc etc) and canadian games(ubisoft) sometimes.
Screw everyone else, teh best games are and always have been Japanese. They just need to get over that Wii/DS non game craze and start making real games again.
I love how so many British people accuse Americans of being arrogant, only to proceed to make terribly arrogant statements themselves. As QJ noted, very few of the big-name video game companies are American. There's Midway, EA, Microsoft, and Activision...that's all I can think of in terms of really big names (I'm not counting id and other companies that haven't put much out lately) . Ubisoft is actually French, not Canadian, but I believe they have a branch in Quebec.
