The film, based on the long-running video game franchise from Konami, has been in development hell since it was first announced, but Anderson's always been on as director and writer. Apparently either he didn't like where the project was going or didn’t feel like waiting anymore, because now he's off all together. You know a project is in trouble when Paul W.S. Anderson, a man who's spent almost his entire career turning potentially cool movies into steaming piles of pooh, leaves a film. |

Paul William Scott Anderson is a film director, famous for science fiction movies and for movie adaptations of video games. His body of work includes "Mortal Kombat," "Event Horizon," "Resident Evil" (he also wrote, but didn't direct, the sequels - "Resident Evil: Apocalypse" and "Resident Evil: Extinction"), and "Alien vs. Predator." Anderson made the first Mortal Kombat that was good resident evil film was pretty god but the second one sucked balls I can't believe they made nemesis a giant *****. Thank god he leaving this hes one *****ty video game movie director.

All those movies mentioned in the article were pretty bad (RE is a fun movie, but fun does not = good). Don't even get me started about DOA, almost as bad as Boll's stuff. If those are the best this guy can do, then good riddance.

That is because no film director gives a s^*# about making a movie that is close to the video game's that we play. All they care about is making money off the movie projects. I know for a fact that I will not see DOA, Halo or any f*%^ing video game based movie because I know that it just going to be ass raped by some retarded hollywood director!

CASTLEVANIA MOVIE.
Paul WS Anderson has left Castlevania because he making bad movies based on video games He did a good job on Resident Evil movies and directed the first Mortal Kombat movie and he also produced DOA;Dead or Alive which it was a failure.
Crystal Sky is producing Castlevania and working on Tekken,I don't like the ideas that Crystal Sky has got the Amercian director and screenwriters for the Tekken movie.
Castlevania better be good.
