I'm gonna give it a try, but Japanese is too hard to learn from a PSP. I'm pretty sure you need a proper teacher to learn correctly.

I took Japanese language courses myself, and the language is pretty tough to learn.
Apps like these make the learning process more fun, but you'll still need the guidance of a proper sensei to make serious progress.

Well, we can start with the subtlety of the title "sensei." It isn't always synonymous with "teacher. Someone can be a sensei -- very learned and accomplished in what they do, but not teach. If you mean teacher, say teacher.

This clearly isn't meant to replace a teacher but rather to help with the study of Kanji when your out and have some free time rather then having to pull out a book and use that for casual review.

To heck with JaPSPanese, this is a way better program with a smoother interface and considerably more useful.
I'm glad to see an update for this and hope there are more versions to come.
