Those who've enjoyed using the application No Bull Moose from homebrew developer Archaemic will be glad to know that a new version has just been released over at QJ.NET PSP Development Forum.
For those who missed our first coverage on this, No Bull Moose is a utility program that first came out together with PSPComic. It converts the rather problematic JPEG files into the usually fine baseline JPEGs.
The latest build bumps the program up to version 0.2 and several changes were and bug fixes have been implemented. The following list was provided by the coder himself:
- [Feature] Added support for ZIP and RAR archives
- [Feature] Output directory for out of place converting
- [Feature] Full 64-bit support on Macs
- [Bugfix] Filenames with $, and " are now supported
- [Bugfix] Fixed potential stack overflow in to_baseline function
Be sure to browse through the Readme.txt file first before installing No Bull Moose v0.2 on your Sony PSP to avoid any problems during installation and usage.
