It looks like more and more bands are turning to video games to promote their new albums. Just today, we got word that Oasis will also be making their new album available for Activision's Guitar Hero: World Tour (Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Wii). Leading things off will be a three-song Oasis track pack featuring "Bag It Up", "Waiting for the Rapture", and "The Shock of the Lightning" which will become available on November 6 for both the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of Guitar Hero: World Tour. These can be downloadable as a pack or as individual tracks. Oasis' Dig Out Your Soul, released earlier this month, will become available for download next year. As with all DLC albums, fans can download the full album or go for individual tracks. We'll bring you pricing and release details as soon as we get them. Related articles:
