Now's your chance to leave that overpopulated server or seek new friends in another realm, because the offer is only good for citizens of selected high population realms looking to inhabit less crowded places.

Since this move is for population dispersal according to blue poster Bornakk on the WoW Forums, not everyone can transfer. If the World of Warcraft character you want to transfer is in one of the source realms below, you can move it to the corresponding destination.
