 It looks as if Solid Snake is heading to Nokia's mobile phones as well. A recent press release from Nokia has announced that Konami has signed on with the service provider, and will release Metal Gear Solid Mobile over Nokia's N-Gage service.Previously announced for Verizon's mobile service, Metal Gear Solid Mobile is part of the 20th anniversary celebration of the Metal Gear franchise. It received top honors at the 2007 International Mobile Gaming Awards, taking both the Grand Prix and Operator’s Choice Awards. The game is set to come out in late June, 2008 and will be downloadable through N-gage compatible handsets. |
