Ó

I might end up the only one in the theater, but I plan on soaking up every last frame of the Max Payne movie. Here's a movie that exists when it really shouldn't, but you know what, that's okay. Every still image and poster and trailer released thus far has struck exactly the right notes, filled with bombast and action and sorrow, and this duo are no exception.

How are the graphics terrible? Console version maybe but the PC Version still holds up with whacked up AA and super smooth framerates. And Max Payne 2 just looks brilliant anyway.

What happens when VCs and Hedge Fund managers run out of ideas in the financial world? Fund low-budget movies with built-in audiences. Yay!

» Mark Wahlburg + Max Payne = win

I'll watch this. I've already seen the movie's trailer, and it looks like the director actually played the games or something. It's looking real nice. They even had the bank scene from Max Payne 1 and it looked spot on.

It's impossible that the Dragonball Z movie will fail because there isn't a Dragonball Z movie to fail unless you count the cartoon movies which were decent.

I'm guessing he means the new live action Dragonball movie that is in production.

 » Mark Wahlberg... Hmmm

Not sure this is the right choice. Mark Wahlberg is a decent actor don't get me wrong but I don't think he fits the Max Payne profile. I'd say Clive Owen would be the perfect Max Payne.

with you there, clive owen would be a total badass max payne i liked the movie called "Shoot 'em Up" which he starred, he was actually pretty good

» A better choice for Game to Movie: MYST

Need I say more? As long as it doesn't play out like a point-and-click adventure, it'll go just fine. Even if they completely clone the storyline and just fill in the gaps it'd have a great chance at being a great movie.
