For those of you new in the fantabulous PSP community, devkits are toolchains of choice for homebrew game development, which are usually a hot ticket for handhelds. This one right here is specifically created for the PSP.

Done with the brief orientation, let's get on with the deal. devkitPSP release 9 came about because some users have requested a version of it with a more recent version of the PSP sdk. So, here it is. What you can expect from this package here is the updated version with the PSP sdk fresh from svn today - revision 2175.
