Japan Virtual Console gets TurboGrafx CD and TurboDuo Games - Image 1It was recently announced by Hudson Soft that the Japan Virtual Console service will soon begin to offer TurboGrafx CD and TurboDuo games. Reportedly each title will be going for 800 Wii points.

Nintendo plans to eventually offer the games to all regions including Australia and Europe, allowing gamers a chance to play some of the titles they may have missed over the past two decades. Details on what games will be made available at launch are still a bit sketchy. So far three titles have been confirmed though, namely Ys Book I & II and Chou Aniki. Hopefully, they'll be releasing other classics such as Loom, Ranma 1/2, Sim Earth, or even It Came From The Desert (this blogger's game of choice).

Unfortunately, there was no mention of when these games will be made available, although you can expect it to hit this year since Hudson has already given word that they are planning to release 10 titles this year.
