In the April issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly, a rumor stating that Halo: Combat Evolved will appear on the XBL Marketplace surfaced. Considering how the Nintendo Revolution and Playstation 3 are both going to be offering classic games online, it would make sense for Microsoft to jump on the bandwagon.

On the other hand, with April Fool's Day just around the corner, it could be a major hoax. The download would probably be around 4 to 5GB, which would suck up a great deal of the 360's hard drive space too. The rumor says that we can expect to see it online sometime before this summer, so we'll just need to keep our eyes peeled until then.
