Are you guys familiar with Habbo Hotel? Basically, it's a casual MMO video game that incorporates chat elements. The service began back in 2000, and if we are not mistaken, Habbo Hotel has expanded to around 29 countries since then. Well, homebrew developer pequepsp has dropped by the QJ.NET Sony PSP Forums and released a homebrew version of the said game.

Called HabboPSP v1.0, this is an exact port of Habbo Hotel with certain limitations. It was clear that pequepsp isn't a native English speaker so we kind of had a hard time understanding his release. But according to him, HabboPSP has areas where you can speak with people, play mini games, and even change clothes.

To help you better understand this release, an introductory video has been embedded below. The download file and the forum link comes after that. HabboPSP v1.0 is compatible with firmware 2.xx.

Hello to all, I am Sins the creator of HabboPSP, the game is compatible with the versions 2.xx and 3.xx and all those that come but since it is Flash, now I write from the translator of google because I do not have knowledge of the English language. The name of the game is going to change due to the problems that can have with Sulake the creator of Habbo so in the next version the 1,01 that arrived in a moment was called of another form, and this tendra already the way Online. With respect to the version in English if one removed but it took but. To contact with me from: MafeGames@hotmail.com Peque.16@hotmail.com

 » wtf/????

it doesnt even work and if it does could someone please explain how to get this thing working!

   by DJ (Unregistered) - 2007-05-23
» I remember how its made...

It only uses Javascript, images, and few animations. It does not support flash for the psp (only on pc). The software used is AdventureMaker and apparently the coder compiled it wrong. Trust me. I made a few games out of this. It is extremely easy. Just choose a pic and action then you are done. Google the software and see what I mean.

Hello I am Adrian Marshal or Pquepsp as you like to call to me, the creator of the game. For you English the program can be easy since this in your language but for a Spanish is not so easy, if even so it continues being very simple to create a game, but the time to do it is long and expensive. That I contribute not much but with 14 years that I have I already believe that the contribution is sufficient that I give. Hopefully it could do much more that this, but plows it but ahead, at the moment will work with Adventure Maker. Greetings.

» Oh I understand what you are trying to say...

I never finished all the games that I have. I know what you mean by when you say it takes a long time. i just wished it worked. There are very few games that are finished. Most of which are just demos that never really get completed.
