Motorola A1600 - Image 1We encountered this nice post over at Chinese site eNet revealing some of the first interesting images of the upcoming Motorola A1600 mobile phone. This handset looks inspired by predecessor A1200 MING, though it remains to be seen whether the features will match the look.

Features include a quad-band GSM connectivity, a 3.2-megapixel autofocus camera , WiFi, assisted-GPS, a talking dictionary and some games according to eNet.

One strange tidbit was that the OS is said to be based on Linux, which is contrary to other reports. That's something we're going to keep an eye out for.
