The video above shows scenes from Battlefield 2, snippets of Team America: World Police, and a speech by President George W. Bush. It was nothing more than an in-game movie made by a fan to show off his skills and tell a little story. US officials thought otherwise. They actually thought this video was a terrorist propaganda. But let's give them guys some credit – they did have basis as to why they jumped to such conclusions. The content of the video and the name of the movie creator SonicJihad led someone to making some rash judgement. And if that someone knew the artist Paris (no, not that heiress), it's understandable why he was led to believe that the video is meant for political means. Paris is known for his songs that critics the ills of society. His latest album, Sonic Jihad, contains the song Bush Killa, which started with the following lyrics: “(30 seconds of Bush news snippets) Ooooh look, it's the president! Hey Mr. President! "Okay, there he go. Easy, easy, don't lose sight, wait. Two, three and...NOW! (gunshots, screaming)”. But then again, the video was NOT from Paris himself. A little online search could have informed the officials of that. They could have focused their time on more serious political threats. |

Come on the US military isn't that dumb
TRUST ME..... There isn't a single person in the universe who would believe that the video depicted here is "terrorist propaghanda." They probably just laughed at it and realized it was some tool playing battlefield 2. (Which by the way is not worth the $59.99 pricetag). Afterwards, they then laughed even harder at the fact that some lame a.s.s. woulc actually take the time to film himself playing such a low budget video game.
our government isint exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer.
i wouldent doubt it that this kid who made this video was already arrested before they found out it was just a fanmade video and NOT terrorist propaganda.
Which by the way is not worth the $59.99 pricetag

first of all this was done with the computer versions, which is weel worth the 50 dollars, and online play is great. the game was flawless as far as the BF games go.
low budget video game? wtf...
This appeared as a World News story on Reuters. They DID think this was the real deal. The news story quoted the lines by bush, spoke of a web site when kids as young as 7 were signing up, talked about the terrorists modding the game and using it to train kids to kill Americans. The international press actually took this very seriously. EA had also released a statement defending the fact that their (DICE's) game can be modded.
Wicked game.....Playing as a terrorist to beat the most powerfull and high tech army that is US army, thats a mission.
I wish there was a real game like this so i can kill marines instread of the same type of games when u play US soldiers. It will be wicked if you can play the terrorist, it will be a real good experience to play a diffent type of game.
Trust me the game was better on regular xbox
Too funny. US Intelligence isn't so intelligent.
the game wasnt on regular xbox another battlefield game was released later as bf2:modern combat and sold terribly compared to the origional pc version
