Well, we've got some good news for fans of variety in their handhelds. Nintendo Europe has confirmed not two, but three, new colors of NIntendo DS units that will go on sale next month. In addition, they've also announced a handy new "game" for the DS, that happens to be a cooking guide for DS owners.

The three new DS units, as you can see above, are colored green, red and turquoise. They'll be hitting shelves on June 13, which gives you a little under a month to save up for these beauties.

Their recent announcement also introduced a new application for the DS, which is called Cooking Guide: Can’t Decide What to Eat? It's the English adaptation of Shaberu! Cooking Navi, a digital recipe book. Cooking Guide walks you through 250 different recipes, as well as offering a handy guide to cooking basics such as chopping techniques and cooking terminology.

Cooking Guide: Can’t Decide What to Eat? will be made available to budding chefs around Europe on June 20.
