This year's E3 will be handled by the Entertainment Software Association (ESA). As a matter of fact, the association has begun sending out invitations for this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo.

Take note that this is not the final list of attendees as the invitation is just "save the date" in nature. This year's Electronic Entertainment Expo will run from July 11 to July 13, but its location is yet to be revealed.

The invitation described it though as "an environment designed to ensure that you can get your business done efficiently and effectively". Furthermore, the ESA letter entices gaming industry would-be attendees to show up by stating that E3 will give them "the opportunity to engage in one-on-one meetings with leading game company executives in an intimate setting, as well as network, socialize, and test pilot major company offerings."

Other details concerning schedules, transportation, travel planning, and venue will be revealed by the Entertainment Software Association in the full invite to be sent out in April. While there are no concrete details yet as to how many companies will be present at the show this year, it is logical to expect the presence of the Triumvirate (Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo).
