Frostlord Ahune needs to die... repeatedly - Image 1Here's some more World of Warcraft news for you, courtesy of Kisirani over on the PTR forums. Blizzard wants your help in testing a boss for the upcoming Midsummer Fire Festival, and they could really use your feedback, it seems.

Here's the announcement from Kisirani:

With the PTRs back online, we're getting Midsummer back up and running, and with it we'd like to have some dedicated focus on testing the Ahune encounter located in the Slave Pens of Coilfang Reservoir, both normal and heroic modes. We've made some tweaks to it and we're interested in seeing how it runs.

When Midsummer returns, please fight Ahune and let us know what you think. In your feedback, please include the following information:

Mode (normal or heroic)

Class Composition

Gear Level (dungeon blues, T5, etc.)

To alleviate concerns about repeatedly going through trash mobs, Kisirani also mentioned that "your group can each summon him once in the same instance without resetting." Certainly some good news, seeing as the gamers out there will have to do the legwork for Blizzard testing. That being said, head on out in your best gear and take the frosty fellow down for us, will you?
