Bizarre Creations has recently announced the details of what the new Challenge Pack DLC (downloadable content) for the Xbox 360 speedster Project Gotham Racing 4 will contain.
Two versions of the Challenge Pack will be available for download on the Xbox Live this February 14, with both the Free and Premium Challenge Pack versions sporting the sleek hydrogen-powered 2007 Peugeot Flux.
The Premium Challenge Pack costs 400 Points to download from the Xbox Live service. Exclusive to the paid DLC are six other cars asides from the Peugeot Flux and the new World Challenge Arcade Mode.
Here's a list of the new set of achievements that will be available on both the Free and and Premium Challenge Pack for the game:
- Tourist Kudos King - Earn more kudos than anyone else in a Tourist event - 15 points
- Open Cat Champion - Be a cat on the winning team in a Cat and Mouse Open Event - 15 points
- Open Mouse Master - Be a mouse on the winning team in a Cat and Mouse Open Event - 15 points
- Platinum Plus - Get all the platinum medals in the Platinum Plus Challenge - 60 points (earnable with Premium Challenge Pack)
- Download King - Complete the DLC Challenge chapter - 60 points (earnable with Premium Challenge Pack)
- Arcade Challenge - Complete Arcade Challenge chapter - 50 points (earnable with Premium Challenge Pack)
- Cheater - Activate one of the cheats in the cheat menu - 5 points
- Make the Grade - Attempt to qualify for a Tournament -10 points
- 01 Yee Haw: Puzzle 4 -10 Points
- Are You the One? Puzzle 5 -10 Points
As for the new game modes available, they include an extension to the Arcade chapter of an even harder Platinum difficulty, as well as one which is exclusive to the new vehicles found in the Premium Challenge Pack.
Details of the two new online game modes were also noted: The Free Roam Cat & Mouse Mode, which is essentially a "tag" type of game which will help you earn more kudos, and the Tourist mode where players can ride around an open sandbox type of game to earn more kudos.
And if that's not enough, Bizarre Creations also added the return of the TV Cameras cheat found in their older racing titles. All in all, the new downloadable content for the game definitely extends the enjoyability for fans who are looking for something new to do in Project Gotham Racing 4.
