Manhunt 2 (Wii, PSP, PS2) was released to the market with great concerns over its content as activist groups and parents claimed the Wii remote control added too much realism to an already violent game. These concerns with Take-Two, the ESRB, and retailers have proven to be unnecessary as sales were a depressing 18,494 units sold in November - making little impact on the industry. This should not be considered a victory for those groups who protested its release, but rather a victory for industry and gamers who did not fall for the market hype of what can only be described as a poorly executed title. |

You (yes, you) need to go out, and watch some movies. I don't want you to waste dollars to see crappy movies, that’s why I made this. ‘I am (a) legend’ is a new movie which can entertain you! (just for your reference) a book was written long time ago, then this movie version was made nowadays (starring Will Smith).
* Movie version (55 pts): It's just above average; but if you have to go to the movies for some reasons, think no further; all the other movies in theaters are crappy. Moreover, there’re hundreds of movies which got good review scores by critics but so many are so boring, terrible and even laughable (I mean this movie got bad reviews but the reviews from critics mean nothing).
This movie is like -> first half (great sci-fi apocalyptic thriller) + second half (28 days later, just another zombie-fest).
Anyway, I thought the CG effects were good (all those deer, lions and zombies are 100% computer-generated); but others said that the CG was terrible... I didn’t wear my glasses during the runtime... so if you want to enjoy this movie, then don’t bring your lens (glasses)... (I bet all of you have bad eyesight, playing games all the time...).
* Book version (30 pts): Actually, the book (or the mor+nic author) tries to teach us how humans can scientifically and logically become zombies (or vampires)... LOL LMAO ROFL. I’m not kidding, read the book by yourself. The book spends most of its pages to describe (boringly) how humans transformed into some sort of creatures which are prone to blood!!! (OMG) I think maybe the author could just use simple words like ‘vampires’ or ‘zombies’... Then the main protagonist finally finds a cure for this disease (the author talks about so many scientific formulas as if his book is real... or based on an actual event...).
The book and movie versions are quite similar (except a few certain things) then the endings are totally different! (didn’t see that coming...) I gave 30 pts for the book version because the ending sucks. In book, Neville (the protagonist) was trapped and eventually killed!!! (OMG) The vampire-like creatures (former humans) tell Neville (just before Neville’s execution) that he (Neville) is a legend among themselves (vampires) because Neville is feared by vampires (Neville goes out during day and kills a lot of vampires during the book. Neville is okay with garlic and sunlight, too!) I gave 55 pts for the movie version because movie’s ending is as bad as the book’s ending... or even worse.. I won’t spoil your fun, so go out and watch the movie! (^^)
