N3 Digital Ocean Server

How the server is doing loading…▼

1 · The whole server reading…

One machine at DigitalOcean — 4 processors, 7.8 GB of memory, 154 GB of disk — shared by everything below.

reading /health.json…

2 · Production reading…

Everything customers and the tablets touch. Its share of memory is guaranteed: development can never take it, however badly development behaves.

3 · Development reading…

Your team's side — staging, previews, AI tooling. It has a hard ceiling. If it runs out it is stopped, and production carries on unaffected.

Box colours: green — all well yellow — keep an eye on it orange — needs attention soon red — act now flashing red — emergency: customers cut off right now grey — no fresh reading

Every tile can be clicked for what it means and how to fix it. The whole-server numbers refresh every 60 seconds, the website checks every 5 minutes, the screenshots once a night at 04:20 UTC, when everything behind the page is rebuilt from scratch.

Production live customer traffic · …▼

Every production hostname the business owns, split by where it is really served from right now: on DigitalOcean, DNS here but not built yet, and still elsewhere (AWS or Google, until its cutover). Tiles with a DO copy flip to show the copy waiting on this droplet — click flip.

Staging real customer data, no live traffic▼

Serves no customers but holds a full copy of production data (refreshed from live by hand). Treat the data as production even though the site is not. The Studio (v2) lives at dev2; the old stack at dev.

Development disposable · hard memory ceiling, killed first if the host runs short▼

The dev apps behind this hostname. Each one is a separate container; one of them crash-looping cannot stop the others or touch production.

The two front doors how production and development share one box without sharing anything▼

Production door

Reserved IP 138.197.50.32, ports 80/443. Its own reverse proxy, its own networks, its own databases. The kernel guarantees its memory and gives it first call on the CPU. Moves to another droplet in seconds if it ever has to.

—

Dev door

The droplet's own IP 134.209.47.157, ports 22/80/443 — this page. Hard memory ceiling; if the host ever runs short, dev is what gets squeezed, never production.

—

Object storage

Images and uploads that belong to a site live in a bucket of their own on DigitalOcean Spaces, not on the droplet's disk: the survey artwork the tablets download, and each client site's media. Which site uses which bucket, and the files inside, are in the buckets area (login).

—

Tools

Database viewers, backup GUI, change monitor, the preview browser that takes the pictures above. Lowest CPU priority, smallest memory box, all behind the login.

—
🔒 Containers with restart controls, tools, consoles, backups and the migration docs live in the admin area (N3 Dev login).
