This video clip of President George W. Bush talking about his iPod might show the other side of him you don't normally see, or choose not to see. Who would've thought the president is as hip as you and me? Shocking isn't it? His music taste isn't too bad either (for his age, anyway).

George W. Bush: Beach Boys, Beatles, let's see, Alan Jackson, Alan Jackson, Alejandro, Alison Krauss, the Angels, the Archies, Aretha Franklin, the Beatles, Dan McLean. Remember him?

Brit Hume: Don McLean.

Bush: I mean, Don McLean.

Hume: Does "American Pie," right?

Bush: Great song.

Hume: Yes, yes, great song.

You can forgive the president for that minor boo-boo, but there's another thing that might not sit well with the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). If you missed it, Bush mentioned that his iPod contains songs from the Beatles and the mere mention of it has implications. First, the president is a big fan of the Fab Four, and second, the president may have gotten the songs from ripped CDs since there are no licensed Beatles songs in iTunes as of yet. In February, RIAA said that ripping CDs to iPods simply does not fall under "fair use". Does this mean RIAA will sue the president? I want to see them try.

 » another site

Bush might have gotten his Beatles from another Download site where he downloads mp3s legally like Connect or Yahoo or Aol

» Another clue that its from p2p

Can anyone find me a site where you can legally buy music with a misspelled artist name? Dan Mclean? Bush downloaded a mislabeled p2p mp3, didn't fix the name and then admitted to it. If he had ripped it with itunes or bought it legally the name would not have been wrong. Also, he lists and artist twice, another p2p hassle cause someone spelled it once with a space and then without or etc.

he isnt a bad guy... he is human like everyone else and if kerry were president he would have handled the war the same way and at the same time he would have made america look even worse then we already do.
