For your info, Custom IOS38 is a modified firmware that allows you to install altered Wads or play backups without a chip or device via a USB or SD card. The latest update has added some new features and various other bug fixes.

PSP - Image 1 Homebrew developer pen is back to release a new version of MacroFire, a multi-purpose plugin that allows you to reassign the PSP buttons, adjust the analog stick's sensitivity, and enable rapidfire mode. The latest update has added some more nifty features for the handy homebrew.

dantes inferno - Image 1Electronic Arts and Visceral Games' video game interpretation of the Divine Comedy, Dante's Inferno (PS3, PSP, and Xbox 360) is looking pretty sharp. Now while we're still waiting for the demo to drop in December, the developers has released a brand story trailer of the game giving us a more in depth view of Dante's journey to hell. PSplay - Image 1Homebrew coder amrcidiot has dropped by our forums to release a new version of PSPlay, a homebrew band simulator for the PSP. The major changes in the latest update includes -- now works on both PSP slim and phat, new indicator, much improved graphics, now includes three types of guitars, a much improved drums and a brand new keyboard.

PS3 Weekend Warrior - Image 1 Modern Warfare 2 came out this week. You know what that means. Lots of news about what is being claimed as the biggest entertainment launch of all time. From the good to the bad, the funny to the infuriating, it's in the PS3 Weekend Warrior. But that's not the only big news this week. Square Enix had been building up hype throughout the week for a Final Fantasy XIII announcement, and when that announcement came, well, it didn't disappoint. All this and more past the jump.

PSP Weekend Warrior - Image 1So, what transpired this week on the PSP blog? Well, Sony seems to be sending feelers out for new PSP Go colors, Nate Drake and others are getting the Pinball treatment, riskbreaking's finally making its way to the PSN, and Adhoc Party has been confirmed for a US release. Oh, and you can now get a PSP Go for cheap if you happen to have a PlayStation Credit Card. All that and more in the PSP Weekend Warrior.
